Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including college campus addresses, dorm rooms, and P.O. boxes.

Shipping Method & Cost

All boxes ship via USPS with tracking. Standard shipping is $7.95.

Delivery Time

Boxes typically arrive 5-7 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or to remote locations.

Important Note

Please double-check the recipient's name and address (including Hall name and room #, if applicable) during checkout! Campus mail centers are strict about matching names and incorrect information may cause delivery delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each box contains personalized items (monograms, names, school major, photos), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days with photos
  • Defective products: We'll send a replacement immediately
  • Our error: If we made a mistake with personalization or shipping

Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription (pause, update address, cancel) through your online account or by contacting us directly.

Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. You'll receive an email confirmation for each charge. For detailed billing information, see the Timeline Expectations section below.

Timeline Expectations

Grad & Go boxes ship around the 15th of each month. Once your box leaves our hands, it typically arrives within 5–7 business days via USPS. Typically, all subscribers are charged on the 1st of each month and boxes shipped on or around the 15th of the same month.

Subscription changes must be made by the 28th of the month to affect the next billing cycle and monthly box.

Here's how it works for first-time subscribers:

Orders placed between the 1st and the 12th of the month

  • You'll receive this month's box (shipped around the 15th).
  • You'll be charged immediately for your first box.
  • After that, you'll be billed on the 1st of each month going forward.

Orders placed on or after the 13th of the month

  • You'll receive your first box in the next monthly shipping cycle (around the 15th of the following month).
  • You'll be charged immediately for your first box.
  • Your next recurring charge will occur on the 1st of the month AFTER your first box ships.

Photo & Letter Upload

Photos and letters you upload are used exclusively for personalizing your box. They are securely stored and never shared publicly.
